3. ResoluDent & Client Products

ResoluDent is a clinic management platform built by ResoluTech Solutions, covering billing, patient and appointment management, WhatsApp/SMS reminders, and reporting for dental clinics. When a clinic adopts ResoluDent, patient and clinic operational data is entered and stored by that clinic (the "Customer") as the data controller for its own patients. ResoluTech acts as a service provider processing that data on the Customer's behalf, solely to operate and support the platform, and does not use clinic or patient data for its own marketing purposes.

Clinics using ResoluDent are responsible for obtaining any consents required from their patients under applicable law (including for WhatsApp/SMS communications) before entering patient data into the platform. Specific data handling terms for ResoluDent are set out in the applicable customer agreement at onboarding.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage required for basic site functionality. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If we begin using analytics or marketing cookies in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and where required by law we will request your consent before doing so.
